Great game! Very addictive and require zero spending to win. A lot depend on your captain choice and the way you play them. You constantly get free access to more cards by winning. People that rated it low haven't played it enough imo. There are quite a few cards that can become op, not just Hercules. But all of them require lucky rng, or time to become op. Which makes every game unpredictable. Even card that have insane scaling can be beat by spell, or cards like black hole. Well-balanced

Last couples patches have been excellent. Been having tons of fun with the new cards and captains. Have been able to keep in t100 f2p. Keep it up

There's an incredible game in here, but the monetization is bad and getting worse. There's a huge power gradient for Captains, but the developers don't seem interested in fixing that. Instead, they introduced $60 worth of tokens that let you reroll captains until you find the good ones. And there's no way to get those except for a real currency transaction. If the monetization strategy changes dramatically, I could see this game being worthwhile again. But, in its current state, give it a miss.

Addictive and frustrating. There is some poor wording with incomplete explanations. Getting a choice of the random captains when there are so many is poor design. Pay for rerolls is not a nice pay 2 win mechanic. From what I gather things are overpriced and not very relevant and helpful. They need to sort their sustainability properly instead of going pay to win. Their monetization strategy is addictive frustration.
