Once Upon a Life

Once Upon a Life is a fantasy life simulation game where your choices shape your destiny.

LIVE A WHOLE LIFE IN MINUTES
Start as a newborn in a medieval fantasy world and guide your character through childhood, adulthood, and old age. Every decision matters—from your childhood home to your career, romance, and legacy. Will you become a legendary hero, a cunning schemer, or something else entirely?

MAKE MEANINGFUL CHOICES
With over 600 unique story events woven throughout your life, every playthrough is different. Your choices ripple across your life, affecting your relationships, reputation, and destiny. Will you pursue wealth, knowledge, love, or power? The choice is yours.

BUILD YOUR DYNASTY
Don't let your story end—continue as your character's heir and build a bloodline across generations. Track your greatest lives in the Hall of Lives and see how far your legacy reaches.

UNLOCK AMBITIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS
Earn achievements through deeds and unlock hidden callings (Ambitions) that shape how you play. From The Sage to The Outlaw, each calling unlocks new events and ways to live. Collect them all.

DAILY CHALLENGES
Play Today's Tale—a daily shared fate where every player gets the same starting life. Compete on the leaderboard and build a play streak. A new destiny awaits every day.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR CHARACTER
Roll randomly, customize your appearance (race, gender), name your character, and watch a unique avatar represent your life. Your Saga—a beautiful record of your life—can be shared with friends.
