Ondina: Period & Cycle Tracker

Ondina is a simple period tracker and menstrual cycle tracker: keep a period log and get to know your cycle. Start without an account.

Period calendar and ovulation tracker
• Mark your period days on the calendar; your estimated fertile window, ovulation and PMS days appear in their own colors.
• Use it as a period predictor: from your logged periods, you get an estimated next period (as a date range), estimated ovulation and estimated PMS days that adapt as you log more.

Period symptom tracker and mood tracker
• A period diary with 82 ready-made options, including flow and color, discharge, 12 physical symptoms, 12 moods, energy, sleep, ovulation tests, basal body temperature and medication, plus your own notes.
• It also works as a PMS tracker, with a reminder before your estimated PMS days.

Insights
• Average cycle and period length, regularity and a 3-month overview.
• With Premium: 6- and 12-month insights, a cycle trend chart, symptom map and patterns, and cycle comparison.

Period reminders and PDF health report
• 6 types of reminders: upcoming period, PMS, fertile window, ovulation estimate, daily symptom log and medication. Notification content is hidden by default.
• Share a PDF health report of your cycles and symptoms (Premium); a CSV copy of your data is free.

Period tracker with partner sharing
• Share part of your cycle info with a partner in read-only mode (Premium); you give separate permission for calendar, mood and symptoms. Seeing what your partner shares is free.
• Your notes and medication logs are not shared with your partner; sharing requires an account for both of you and cloud backup turned on by the person sharing.

Health Connect
• With your permission, view steps, sleep, weight, workouts and active energy from Health Connect in your profile, read-only and on your device.

Discover
• Short reads on cycle health, nutrition and well-being, for general information.

Privacy
• By default, your period days and daily logs stay only on your device, in secure storage.
• Cloud backup is optional and off by default.
• The free version may show non-personalized ads; Premium is ad-free. No tracking; your health data is never used for ads.
• Lock the app with a PIN or biometrics such as your fingerprint.
• Delete your data and your account from within the app. Core features work offline.

Health Assistant (optional)
The AI-powered Health Assistant (Mira) answers your questions about your cycle and general well-being with general information. This requires an account and separate explicit consent; if you agree, your messages are sent to OpenAI (USA). 10 messages a month are free, 200 with Premium. Your period days, daily logs and profile details are not sent to the assistant automatically. If you don't consent, all other features still work as usual.

• Ondina is not a birth control method and should not be used to prevent pregnancy.
• Ondina is not a medical device and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment; if you have symptoms or health concerns, consult a healthcare professional.
• The AI-powered Health Assistant (Mira) is not a doctor; replies are for information only and do not replace medical advice.

Premium (optional)
Premium unlocks 200 Health Assistant messages a month, the PDF health report, advanced insights, partner sharing and an ad-free experience; the calendar, estimates, daily log and reminders are free. Choose a monthly or yearly plan; the yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it anytime in your Google Play subscription settings.
