★★★★★ Great app but 2 improvements are required 1.DTC Monthly pass option is missing. 2.Pre-booking of DTC ticket and after boarding the bus mark complete option is also not there, like WhatsApp.

★★☆☆☆ On 13/03/2025, I bought a ticket online from ONE DELHI app. The bus fare was deducted from my bank acount, but the ticket was not shown in the app. On bus stop, when DTC employees checked ticket, I showed them the amount deducted from my account & also said that this problem has arisen first time to me. I had to pay Rs. 200 for traveling without ticket as per them. I request to look into this matter. Staff name: Satyawan & his team, Bus no: 307, 3235. Also explain who should be blamed? AnyRefund?
