One More Light is India’s first peer-to-peer emotional support network.

We all have issues causing stress and anxiety in our lives that are quite difficult to talk about. From relationship issues to job-related stress, the list could feel endless with no end in sight and nobody to talk to. Sometimes the solution is as simple as being able to talk to somebody who has been through what you are going through.

A community of people who will support each other no matter how embarrassing or trivial our problems are.

People we can count on to be there for us in the darkest of times.

This is exactly why we are building One More Light. An emotional support network that connects you with ordinary people who’ve been through what you’re going through and understand how hard it is to deal with these issues by yourself. Ordinary people who want to be there for you so you never have to go through these struggles alone.


A platform that gives you a chance to speak freely (and anonymously!) about your experiences, without any fear of judgment, fear, or ridicule.

And that's not all! You also get access to various free self-help programs that help you start your journey to becoming the best version of yourself. Together we can make a difference. Together we can save at least one more light from burning out.


On our app, you can either choose to reach out to an empathetic listener or be a listener yourself and develop important active listening skills that will help save lives!
