I have the Ease S1 Pro litter box. My cats and I really love the litter box. The app is great except there's a few things that I wish it was able to do. For instance, I'd like to be able to see the weight of the cat using the litter box. I'd like to have notifications of when the litter box is being used. I'd also like to be able to change the duration time. If the app had these features the'd give it 5 stars.

I LOVE this cat feeder, I've been using it almost a year it's never messed up even once and my cats are so accustomed to it, they know exactly when food time is. the app is so easy to use too!

Love oneisall! We’ve had a really great experience with them. Their pet dry food dispenser has been a lifesaver in our multi-cat household and works exactly as described. It’s easy to use, reliable, and makes feeding time so much easier and less stressful. What really stands out to me is the company itself, you can tell oneisall puts thought into their products. Everything feels well-made, dependable, and designed with real pet homes in mind. Our cats adjusted quickly and we love it!

THIS APP DOES NOT WORK. And it looks like of people rating it had the exact same problem. It wasn't able to connect/locate the OneisAll dual feeder with this app. I needed to download a third party app(Smart Life) to actually connect to it, literally following the same instructions, just a different application. Again, DOES NOT WORK, DON'T WASTE TIME, DOWNLOAD Smart Life instead.

Not the app, but the product. It worked fine for about a year, and then one day I realized my cats were howling at me and starving, but there was food in the feeder, and the feeding schedule was all correct. But I came to realize when it goes to feed, whether from the schedule or when I manually press the "feed" button on the digital screen, it shuts off for a second and then back on, but DOESN'T release food. So yeah, I guess just a chance if you leave town that your cats will just starve 😑

Doesn't connect to the feeder. The old app worked perfectly and it stopped too. My cat feeder is useless now.

Useless since the last update in December, I bought an oneisall pfd-002 and after 8 Months, it's just a normal automatic feeder without any change to configure or to maintain via Wi-Fi.
