Smooth interface and easy to use. Only thing they should add is a menu so if you need to make international purchases you don't have to call the bank you can do it through the app.

They offer zero support when there is a glitch and simply try to pretend you're doing something wrong until 2 months later when they finally have to admit there's a glitch but still offer no support. Horrible app and worse customer service.

This app does not work well. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. It's really annoying that I can no longer check my account balances using my device. I have been thinking about switching banks so that I do have access to my accounts using my phone. I have been a long time customer of Norwood Bank but feel my association with them will be ending soon. This all started with the latest update. It used to work great.
