OneLogin Protect asks you to confirm login attempts on your phone or watch, to better secure your organization’s apps.
How it works
After you type your username and password into OneLogin web portal (https://yourcompany.onelogin.com), OneLogin Protect asks you to confirm the login on your phone. Click Accept, and you’re signed into OneLogin. Alternatively, you can also tab SEND OTP to push the OTP (one-time password).
On the other hand, if someone tries to log in as you, you click Deny, they’re shut out of OneLogin, and OneLogin notifies your IT department so they can follow up.
Why consider
OneLogin Protect is a rethink of multifactor authentication, sometimes called MFA, two-factor authentication, or 2FA. Whatever you call it, MFA has been too annoying for too long, interrupting people when they’re trying to get work done.

If you don't use the one login platform there is no need for it. If you do, it works very well. Most negative reviews seem to be due to poor implementation by the company using the One login service rather than actual problems with the app itself. It has a few problems but the basic function of providing one time codes and push notifications works perfectly. As a replacement for something like Authy or Google authenticator it's reasonably OK.

Whenever I'm using this, even though I got the notification and accept the same, it is showing verification error, try to update the app. But no updates were released.

"Enter code instead" no longer works following update. Tap on the line, tap on the arrow, tap-tap-tap.... NOTHING. And no, using the phone's camera isn't an option when it won't focus. Typical unnecessary update. If it ain't broke, don't "fix" it!

Currently facing issue as it's showing "verification failure, please make sure your One Login protect is up-to-date" after multiple times verification. It's really annoying

Rubbish. Doesn't work. It's installed on my phone, but there's no app - even when I search my apps I can't find it, I have to go to the play store and open it from here. No push notifications. The code that is displayed on screen isn't recognized by the portal. Also, my account gets removed sporadically. -100/10
