Too worse I have my card for months now but struggling to download the app how many deductions were made and why does their don't explain that the card will work like a credit card I'm sorry that I ever took this policy I was sick a while ago have a card that does not help at all did not even sign the back because it's still attach to the letter that their send if their were honest and explain truthfully I would never had take the policy.

Fabulous staff that tend to your questions immediately. The app works very well for me I've never had any problems when loading funds and paying for the doctor or dentist without One Plan I'd just be anther desperate South African worried about his health. Due to one plan I feel safe in South Africa. The staff are fantastic and the concept is fabulous it makes health care rechable for everyone. The app does not work, when I try open the app it immediately closes again, I don't even get to the lod in screen. And if it does work after 1 min of me being busy it logs out and I have to log back in and start all over again with what I was busy with so it took me 20 minutes to load my 4 pets photos!! This needs to be fixed asap I my policy activates as of 1/9/2021 and I have no intentions of struggling should I have an emergency...
