One safe 5 excellent. Been using One Safe for many years. Unfortunately, One Safe 6 does not recognize the export file generated by One Safe 5, and am unable, therefore, to upgrade. Fast response from developer and solved. My mistake, rather than a bug. Big 5 stars!

I have been a very old user through the years now. 5/9/2024 Giving 5 stars as Luna bee did listen to the feedback. We can create many extra safes now and not just one as we did until onesafe5. I can not open it. It doesn't recognize my pin it keeps crashing, so now I can't get into the app FOR MY PASSWORDS!! How am I supposed to get to my passwords now? And if it the wrong password how do I reset it not happy! ** I do not have discord nor do I want to join. So I do & do not know how to use discord. I just want to reset password. I'm putting in my password & keeps crashing. Horrible way to help your users. I've had one safe for years got latest version & can't access app

1 Star - to ask an important question I have used OneSafe-5 pro (paid) version for nearly 7–8 years or even more, so I can be assured of privacy. Onesafe-6 is kinda free, so I am not getting the proper feeling to be reliability.... Can you please release its paid version, ... As it adds more accountability on your side & dead-sure privacy You actually deserve 5 star..... I know coz I have used it

Need updates I've been using OS5 for many years now. It's a paid app. And it works fine. But OS6 is still in early dev phase. No stock images for customizing folders/items. Cannot upload. Documents. Cannot customize elements freely (as OS5). UI needs improvement. OS6 is not as accessible, easy to use, easy to understand as OS5. For now, OS5 is better than OS6. I don't recommend shifting to OS6. Plus, shifting contents, from OS5 to OS6 using the import export function did not work properly.
