Recent changes:
- To reduce confusion on the term notification screen, the options have been changed from “Don’t Know” / “Memorized” to “Difficult” / “Unsure” / “Memorized.”
- Added validation of the selected group when entering the term addition screen, preventing terms from being added to a group that no longer exists.
