1. The audio for haptic should come through if you're wearing earbuds even if device is on vibrate / silent. If your motor is reaching the limit for torque, you should hear it clearly "Approaching Torque Limit. " 2. Same for Battery range audible alerts and errors. 3. The board should have a torque reserve and always be programmed to Captain Morgan even if it means damaging the motor to keep the rider from nosediving off front of the board. 4. Error logs should be user viewable.

I've been using the app since buying my first One Wheel (a One Wheel+) and I'm now riding a GT. It has been improving over time, and I like the added configuration options we have now for ride shaping. My biggest complaint is taking away the individual cell voltages on the newer boards. It's important to monitor battery health, and they give us no way to do it now. This would be a really great feature to bring back, so I know if there is a safety issue with my battery.

Don't want to update my board with haptic buzz, so now I can't use the app at all. At least give pintx users custom shaping or some sort of incentive to add haptic buzz.

The app has gotten terrible. Forces you to wait and watch a bunch of repetitive videos despite having ridden plenty already and forces firmware updates when all I want to do is go on a ride on my short lunch break. Really close to just selling my board, this company is frustrating.

I've had my board for about 6 years. Do not enjoy a forest tutorial on how to use it or the new things that come with it. You guys talk so slow, and it takes so long. It's literally a 5 to 10 minute introduction when I'm trying to use my board to go home from work. Your watch app is also pretty bad. It needs my phone even though it has cellular activity. It also doesn't display information all the time like you would like it to. I really think you guys should redesign your ap Cool info and stats

Very terrible, virtually useless and it forces you to watch an equally useless video every time you use the app, I wish there was another way to monitor the battery level of my one wheel instead of the horrible app
