This rating is for the app and the surrounding service, not for the therapists. The therapists I’ve worked with have been great, and I genuinely value the therapy itself. The app, however, is awful. The UI is poor, video calls sometimes don’t connect, and syncing between devices is unreliable. The customer service is even worse: when you need technical help or support, they simply stop replying. Great therapists, terrible app and terrible support.

Another app that gathers information without being clear what the outcome is. I filled out the questions and was asked for my billing info. I was under the impression this was free, no not expecting a free therapist but the app appears to be free when it isn't and also doesn't say in-app purchases.
