It agood app though someone has hacked my line of operation. If the database is improved .it has a good networking portfolios. Thank you. Its helpful majorly on our self well-being. Self acceptance and whole concept is self-esteem. Smart goals that is specific, measure able, attainable, reliable,time bound.

This rating is for the app and the surrounding service, not for the therapists. The therapists I’ve worked with have been great, and I genuinely value the therapy itself. The app, however, is awful. The UI is poor, video calls sometimes don’t connect, and syncing between devices is unreliable. The customer service is even worse: when you need technical help or support, they simply stop replying. Great therapists, terrible app and terrible support.

Therapists on the app are not really professional, I have had 3 different and all of them were undergoing some training and didn't look like they knew what they were doing. All of them completely missed my ADHD (have been recently diagnosed with the help of the different therapist from Minder app) Ifeel app itself was glitching a lot too. My work was paying for it, but even then I feel they should choose more competent professionals.

It doesn't work. The app is loading and loading to look for a therapist. It's been hours now and it's still loading. Thanks for the therapy.
