I was very skeptical to use this app initially, as it is swarmed by negative reviews. However, from my experience, other than a couple of freezes here and there, I had no issues with the app. My solicitor received all the documents and messages I sent them. I was also able to view and download documents sent by my solicitor. I personally didn't have any major issues.

Atrocious app for a next to useless solicitors. They don't respond to messages, and when they do contact you the information they provide is incorrect - I had to point out to them the errors in a financial document they sent me! Avoid at all costs.

A good idea to have an online case management tool, and it served its purpose reasonably well. However, there were a couple of serious problems that really need fixing, hence the low score: Some documents would not arrive through the app. My solicitor would then email me, a few weeks later, saying I've not responded to something never sent to me. Furthermore, the app occasionally stopped allowing documents to be downloaded. Which is very frustrating when it was one I needed to print and sign.
