I was very skeptical to use this app initially, as it is swarmed by negative reviews. However, from my experience, other than a couple of freezes here and there, I had no issues with the app. My solicitor received all the documents and messages I sent them. I was also able to view and download documents sent by my solicitor. I personally didn't have any major issues.

Atrocious app for a next to useless solicitors. They don't respond to messages, and when they do contact you the information they provide is incorrect - I had to point out to them the errors in a financial document they sent me! Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely dreadful app keep getting told I have documentation to complete but no documents are there it's got me at my wits end. When I ask for help I just get told to complete the documents you know the ones that aren't there

This app is not fit for purpose. No notifications are sent to inform of new messages. Messages are automatically set to complete, so you aren't aware they need actioning. I'm using this for a mortgage application started in November 2021. Because of this app I'm still going throught the application process 4 months later. If this solicitor requires this app to be used, I would advise you avoid them all together. I would give zero stars if possible.
