Onro Scanner

Onro Scanner App is a delivery barcode scanner designed for courier companies, logistics services, delivery execution, and warehouse operations. It helps teams scan orders, check shipment details, and update delivery statuses quickly during hub, warehouse, and route workflows.

With Onro Scanner App, operators can filter delivery orders, choose the action they want to perform, and scan parcels one by one. After each scan, the selected action is applied automatically, and the scanned order is marked in the list. This makes bulk scanning faster and easier to manage.

MAIN USE CASES

Inbound Scan
Scan parcels when they arrive at the warehouse or hub and update them to the correct status.

Outbound Scan
Scan parcels before dispatch to confirm they are ready to leave the warehouse or go out on route.

Order Checking
Check delivery orders by scanning and view basic order information for verification.

Status Update By Scan
Choose a status action first, then scan orders to update them in bulk with speed and accuracy.

Route Operations
Filter orders by route and scan them for route checking, route assignment, or warehouse processing.

Warehouse Operations
Move eligible orders to warehouse related statuses through scanning instead of manual work.

Filter Orders Before Scanning

The Onro Scanner App allows teams to filter orders before starting a scan session. Filters include:

- Order status
- Route
- Creation date
- Zone
- Last attempt reason
- Attempt number

After filters are applied, matching orders are listed, and the total number is shown. This helps teams focus only on the orders relevant to the current operation.

Choose An Action Before Scanning

Users can select the scan action before starting. Supported actions include:

- Update Status
- Info

If an action needs additional data, such as a cancellation reason or route selection, the app follows the same operational logic used in the Onro Dispatcher Panel workflow.

Better Control During Bulk Scanning

During a scan session, each successfully scanned order is marked as completed in the list. This gives teams a clear view of what has already been processed.

If a scanned order is not part of the filtered list, the app shows a not found message. This helps prevent mistakes and makes scanning more reliable.

Examples of what teams can do with Onro Scanner App:
- Assign orders to a route by scanning
- Check orders for a specific route
- Return orders that are eligible for return
- Move not delivered orders to warehouse status
- Process warehouse scans for orders related to a specific route
- Handle canceled pickup orders when they return to the warehouse
- Update orders to a specific status based on attempt reason or operational condition

WHY USE ONRO SCANNER APP?

- Faster warehouse and hub operations
- Accurate parcel scanning and order checking
- Easy inbound and outbound scan workflows
- Better visibility during bulk scanning
- Reduced manual work for dispatch and warehouse teams
