I was having trouble like most of you at first. Here is the key to make it work. Bluetooth needs to be on and use 2.4G Wi-Fi, not 5G or wifi6. Make sure you have a SSID that is 2.4G only and use it, that should fix your issue.

Gotta have 2.4ghz Wi-Fi and have your location on. Took a while to figure that out. The connection kept stopping at 90% until I just laid it in top of the thing then it paired. Confusing to set up but it works. App is easy to use and looks nice so 9/10 👍

A little problem connecting via Wi-Fi but eventually did, using 2.4 MHz. Mapping works great but selective cleaning and forbidden zones is a complete failure.

The app needs major work. The virtual walls doesn't seem to work. It goes where it's not supposed to go. Good robot vacuum but needs a good app to do its job right.

The developers of this app need to allow for 5MHz Wi-Fi connecting. Instead of 2.4MHz I also have an inclination that this company has created this crappie app intentionally to infiltrate foreign customers via there wi-fi connection. All of these app permissions are not necessary I feel in order to control a robot vacuum
