i love this app!! i've used it for years and it has been great. but....last week i had to get a new phone. installed OnTrack and it worked fine. Today it says that the app is not compatible with my new phone (Samsung).

You on trackI have used this app forever loved it but then I got a new phone with the latest version. I just emailed help@medivo.com because it is frustrating me. You use to be able to just type in dates to go forward or back. Now it is not letting me put in dates you have to tap on a calendar & it's hit or miss. Also you use to be able to type in times now there is a swinging arm that you swing on times which is frustrating . Tried to set the beginning & end dates to calculate my glucose tests. Wanted to start Oct 4 ,end January 4th wouldn't let me go pass today Oct 6. I originally was going to give it a one but I found the items I thought were taken out but I still don't like that you can't type in dates & time. Very good app otherwise keeps you on track literally I especially like the estimated a1c feature.

I've used this app for years and it is a great app that has lots of
features the best one is at you can print out your reports and take them to
your doctor. My doctor just loves to get the reports so he can see what
goes on from a visit to visit. I highly recommend this app it is very
accurate. As for the A1C tracker go it is not very far off of the actual
blood test this I really like. I can keep track of my A1C from visit to
visit.

The old version was so much better. I loved seeing the graph as well as the cifcle graph showing how often you had high sugar, low sugars, etc. Is it possible to go back to the old version? If at all possible I will go back to the old version. I am so sorry I did the update. I have used on track ever since I got a smart phone about 5 years ago. Recently recommended it to my brother and several other friends with diabetes. I will now let them know mot to update or use this app. Please bring back the old version. Even my doctor was impressed with it. Looking for a new app that will hopefully do what the old version of your app did.
