Cannot edit parents phone number only image allowed? Kids profile also not allowed to edit. Now I am a parent, mother and father to my kids. How about my spouse?? Is the updated profile here in the app sync with school database. As if emergency happen, will school call the number on ther database or the one newly updated from the profile. (as if it can.)

Downloading medias in stories one by one is working fine, but downloading in bulk will not work. None of the medias is downloaded after multiple medias are selected

Hi Oodlins Support, I'm using an Oppo Reno 3 Pro with Android 12. Your app worked yesterday, but now it only shows a black screen on opening. I’ve tried: - Reinstalling the app - Restarting the phone - Clearing cache and data - Granting full permissions My husband can open the app on his phone, so this issue is device-specific. Could this be a compatibility issue with the Oppo Reno 3 Pro or ColorOS? Thank you.

Random long load times for functions like stories, attendance, notice. Sometimes ok, sometimes takes forever. Video media takes a long time to load, and it finally loaded from the gallery view is unplayable, but this doesn't happen when you straight to each of the album. Stories notification is either delayed or not functioning. Doesn't always lead to the intended post after clicking. Why is it that we have like, so many repeated post when the teacher is just updating more photos to same post
