This app is quite good, payment processing wise, easy to accept collabs and deliverables are easy to understand. However, if anything goes wrong, the support is not available. If there is any issue faced by influencer for anything, there is only ticket raising option, which cannot be tracked because you don't receive any prompt after ticket is raised. You can't speak to an actual person to get the problems or queries answered.

Starting they give you proper refunds, but they will cancel almost fifty percent of the accepted Collaboration by making any excuses and there is no response from customer care too.

Do not take campaign from this app... they are not refunding money not check everything properly... review is clearly live in review section still rejecting multiple times and no one is responding

It's very frustrating they don't even reply to my complaints I have submitted tickets multiple times on different days, but I didn't get any single response I stopped getting collaborations I asked them so many times but no response no customer support help if they don't respond I will delete this app and never going to recommend anyone
