Good app, but says 'IDENTITY NOT FOUND' quite often. Have to uninstall then manually redo log-in. Becomes quite annoying when trying to keep track of locations and activities

Very glitchy, have trouble logging in, keeps taking me back to the homepage rather than logging in. Then, when I do log in, it won't register my daughters opel smartphone. Very disappointed in this app.

Very good idea and concept if it actually worked. Tracking doesn't work and app constantly says "oops something went wrong" Poor execution...

A major app overhaul is needed. The app and phone have been so frustrating, since day one it doesn't update current location and it constantly says "ID not found" or "oops something when wrong" and doesn't allow me to actually use any of the apps features. The app also doesn't allow me to see our white list, geo-fence or real time location, ypu also cant see information that's already been entered, but cannot re-add to see it either.

When I ring the safety pendant number it goes to voicemail, if I uninstall the app the device rings normally wth? If I call the device from the app it rings my phone instead wth?!
