🔍 Scan, Discover & Compare Over 4 Million Food Products The app allows to scan the 4 million products already contained in the free and open database Open Food Facts. The app is collaborative. If we don't have the product, you can add pictures and data to get the Nutri-Score and NOVA score on food processing.
In short, we're kind of "the Wikipedia of food", as many have nicknamed the project. Open Food Facts has enabled the creation of over 100 apps like Date Limite, Yuka or FoodVisor.

Tried it out I'm my kitchen and my only issue is there's no option for high fiber or low fiber. I'm using this app as a prediabetic and fiber is important. Was sad to see my sugar-free drinks aren't approved, but that's just life now

Seems like it would be a really nice app, but unfortunately it seems under the filters there's nothing for beef and/or lamb allergies. I'd have to select vegetarian, but that's not ideal.

The most pointless food app. You scan, then the app asks ME to enter the data. Easier to take a picture and ask AI to analyze. 0 stars

It gave Prime Energy "average nutritional quality". I don't recommend this for health. It does have a feature for finding out the environmental impact, but I don't think it's reliable because it gives good ratings to products with non-recyclable materials.
