Exceptional Rewards - This Open Rewards app for shopping locally is a really nice reward for doing just that. I've used this on many different places that I've shopped on a regular basis. I was skeptical about this app, but I'm so impressed. I love being able to shop at local, community - based businesses in Las Vegas and get really generous rewards for doing so. Very easy to use app. My only wish is if it had a map, so it would be easier to support small businesses featured in the app.

I uploaded my receipt almost a week ago for payout, but it's still pending. This was my first experience with the app. I'm not impressed as I had rewards, and they were removed, but there's no payout.

I have a rewards balance, but it will not let me cash it out. Everytime I click to redeem, it takes me to claim. Super frustrating.

It's a scam, rewards aren't cashed out - so you make purchases to earn rewards and then purchase again to get the cash credited, but 2-3 days turns into 3-4 weeks and no deposit. So now you've made 2 purchases that you would never have made otherwise.

This is ridiculous I have over 30.00 in rewards but cannot cash out have sent a couple of emails with no response I want to use the app but what's the point if I'm not able to cash out.
