Description by Open Rewards(from Google Play)
Your city is rewarding you for shopping local
Participating cities, counties, districts, and economic development organizations fund Open Rewards programs to support local businesses and keep more spending in the community.
Whether you're a resident or a visitor, you can earn cash back rewards on your purchases at eligible businesses in communities that have Open Rewards.
Open Rewards is live in 100+ cities across the country. Find eligible businesses near you, discover new local favorites, and see how rewarding choosing local can be.
Rewards program for your whole community
With Open Rewards, your points are not tied to a single brand or store, but are usable across all eligible businesses throughout your community.
This means you can earn rewards at one place and redeem them at another - for example, earn rewards at a restaurant, and redeem your rewards at the bookstore.
Earning is easy: either link your card to earn rewards automatically, or snap a photo of your receipt after you shop.
Once redeemed, you can cash out using PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or check.
Where You Shop Matters
Every purchase is a vote with your wallet, and shopping local is a vote for your community.
When you shop at a local business, you help support local jobs, neighborhood amenities, and the places that make your community home.
Open Rewards makes it more rewarding to make that choice.
Every purchase counts. Together, we can make a big impact in the communities we call home.

Great app to support local businesses AND get rewards for doing it. Uploaded my June receipts and have seen really good rewards, every Burlington trip! Thank you City of indio for revitalizing our city!

Thank you, El Paso, Tx for funding this program. I'm loving it!!!!!! Great way to help local businesses while we make a little savings of our own.

Exceptional Rewards - This Open Rewards app for shopping locally is a really nice reward for doing just that. I've used this on many different places that I've shopped on a regular basis. It's a wonderful incentive program to shop locally, a nice added bonus for doing what you normally do. . . Shop. I highly recommend it!!

I was skeptical about this app, but I'm so impressed. I love being able to shop at local, community - based businesses in Las Vegas and get really generous rewards for doing so. Very easy to use app. My only wish is if it had a map, so it would be easier to support small businesses featured in the app.

I uploaded my receipt almost a week ago for payout, but it's still pending. This was my first experience with the app. I'm not impressed as I had rewards, and they were removed, but there's no payout.

I have a rewards balance, but it will not let me cash it out. Everytime I click to redeem, it takes me to claim. Super frustrating.

It's a scam, rewards aren't cashed out - so you make purchases to earn rewards and then purchase again to get the cash credited, but 2-3 days turns into 3-4 weeks and no deposit. So now you've made 2 purchases that you would never have made otherwise.

This is ridiculous I have over 30.00 in rewards but cannot cash out have sent a couple of emails with no response I want to use the app but what's the point if I'm not able to cash out.
