Open Tunnel: Net Tunnel VPN

Open Tunnel is a local VPN and proxy controller for Android. It routes device or selected-app traffic through a local tunnel, giving you clear control over compatible proxy connections.

Build a flexible Net Tunnel setup without root access. Choose VPN mode to route app traffic through Open Tunnel, or use Proxy mode for apps you configure manually. Connect to upstream HTTP/HTTPS, SOCKS4, or SOCKS5 proxy endpoints from one straightforward interface.

KEY FEATURES

- Start a local VPN tunnel on your Android device
- Choose which apps use or bypass the VPN connection
- Switch between VPN mode and local proxy mode
- Configure HTTP/HTTPS, SOCKS4, and SOCKS5 upstream proxies
- Add proxy authentication when required by your endpoint
- Resolve domain names and manage connection behavior
- Keep useful connection controls in one place
- No root access required

SSH AND V2RAY COMPATIBILITY

Open Tunnel does not include an SSH server, V2Ray server, or a remote VPN subscription. It can work with compatible SSH tunnel and V2Ray tools that expose a local HTTP or SOCKS proxy endpoint. Enter the endpoint address, port, and supported protocol in Open Tunnel to route traffic through that connection.

VPN SERVICE DISCLOSURE

Open Tunnel uses Android's VpnService API to create a local VPN interface and route app traffic through the tunnel configuration selected by the user. The VPN connection starts only after user action and Android system approval. VPN mode can be stopped from the app or its persistent system notification.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

- Open Tunnel is a network utility for users who understand VPN and proxy configuration.
- The app does not provide a remote VPN server or automatically change your public IP address.
- Changing the public IP requires a separately configured compatible remote proxy endpoint.
- Connection availability, speed, and supported destinations depend on your network and proxy configuration.
- Open Tunnel does not claim to provide anonymity or access to every website or service.

Use Open Tunnel when you need local VPN routing, Net Tunnel controls, or an Android proxy controller that can connect to compatible HTTP, SOCKS, SSH, and V2Ray proxy setups.
