Was able to check in for my room the day before. My key arrived the next morning. I was able to go straight to my room, and open the door. It's ultra convenient. I plan to stay in this hotel every time I'm in town.

Works better than the others. I travel weekly for my job and have stayed in various hotels. The ones that use Open Key work every time. The ones that use their own like Hilton or Marriott are a total cluster-f.

Actually worked fine on my hotel digital door lock. I didn't have to make an account...I just used my Google account. If I had to make a new account just to enter my room I wouldn't have booked the hotel. Keep that in mind developers.

Downloaded twice (once from open key via reservation link and once from Google Play Store). Installed fine on my high-end android phone. I turned on location and Bluetooth on phone, then accepted notifications and permissions for app. When the window for entering mobil phone # opened, the app flashed each number as I entered them, but they disappeared. The end result being the apo would not accept any phone number. Thus, this app was totally useless to me and I would give it zero stars.
