I lose my progress when I get a new phone, and I have played it for years, so have restarted a lot. Unfortunately that means my purchases are not saved. So I go to purchase something on the game because it says if purchase anything on the store I will have no ads, I do that then game says it's loading after it gives me my items. I'm stuck in the store waiting over 10 minutes for the loading I had to close the game and reopen it still has my items, but I have ads. I try it again does the same🤬🤬🤬

Your ads for the game show that players get to treat on pregnant women, but we never do. Also the only operations we get to do are removing tumors, wood, metal, glass, and fix broken bones, you guys should think about adding different kinds of surgery.
