I can't follow someone because my BMI is not more than 18.. I want to follow a healthy food and fitness plan but app won't let me register

Basic app. Plan is good concentrates on portion control healthy eating. Great for people struggling with food, how to change habits, what you eat. Food is normal not really diet food. App isn't great, it doesn't update my steps/movement properly doesn't connect to my fitness tracker can't adjust the meals to suit the amount of people in you house hold which for a busy mum is impractical and makes it hard to follow the plan. You would need an app my fitness pal and this for the meals!

Not great I put the I rather veg meal options and they gave me the meat meals 😂 I'm a vegetarian so it's not great for me
