Worst app, they won't pay for a backup server for their data, so they simply shut down its function when they "work on their servers" constantly. Basically your online banking won't work 50% of the time because their tech team is always "updating files" lol

The app is nice, but the bank is atrocious. We've lost 1000s of dollars in fraudulent transactions and were told to contact the shops where the transactions happened for refunds instead of the bank bothering to contact the shops for refunds themselves. For some of the transactions such as Facebook it is sometimes impossible to directly contact support and as such it may be crucial for the bank to take action. We are devastated and don't know what to do.
