Optimum is great app. But it needs improvement, if I sold off a particular stock instead the stock should not be seen at all on my dashboard it will still be visible there, also the money display on the main dashboard doesn't tally with the overall my stock icon. Except this it's a fantastic app. U can buy and sell any amount of stocks unlike some other app.

For a first iteration, the app is awesome, and I'm confident it can only get better. In your next upgrade, kindly allow for corporate account set up. This will be good for Family Offices wishing to invest in fixed income.

So far, this app is good, I could rate five stars when Nigeria stocks is on the app just as US stocks. I have just updated the app but when trying to sell according to the share gain/profit, it estimates the equivalent of the share and reduces the "stock balance" as well as the "total invested". This keeps on as long as the process of "sell" continues until both "stock balance" and "total invested" turn to zero if "sell" process is not stopped, difficult to harvest gain. Fix this

They won't allow you to withdraw your money especially when you need it. They are holding my money and won't allow me to get it back

The app seems ok, but it takes forever for KYC information to be reviewed and approved. The UI is also slow.

Watch out whenever you register and try to log in, the app starts acting up. Remember you dropped your BVN on their platform. Have you asked yourself why they need your BVN and why the app acts that way? Be careful with your BVN

I started using this in September but since I have been unable to upload my proof of residence to complete my KYC. It keeps saying network error and I have money in there but can't withdraw. Please help
