Opticians mobile app is a great complement for the desktop digital signage platform, with the most important features like screen management, assets and playlist, and being able to upload new content from your phone to your paired screens. Great app!

Cant do anything with it. I open the package, install the player follow the steps. And that's it. I cant install content or create content. It doesn't give me or show the drop icons. I watched the YouTube video, but it doesn't give options. Somebody better help. I was really looking forward to this now im ready to throw it away this piece of junk.

Logging in with Microsoft has been broken for the last week or so. I haven't been able to log in to this app at all because I have to log in with Microsoft.

Scanning for devices to set Wi-Fi on their supplied hardware is impossible.
★☆☆☆☆Dawn Ragnar· Aug 29, 2026
There is ZERO technical support if there's a problem, and you have to wing it when you start up. Additionally, there seems to be issues with changing templates and once somethings projected to your screen there's no removing it. Do not recommend!
