Best crispy burger, ever worldwide. I must enjoy OPTP at least once every time I visit Pakistan. There are plenty of halal crisp burger places/ chains in Canada some originally from the US but halal in our province or country. OPTP is better than all of them. I am a proud Pakistani and love this Pakistani chain started by two young boys who attended the same school where I was a Principal at a later time. I met these amazing young guys when they came to launch their business. Bravo! You did well

Faisalabad has too many branches of OPTP but couldn't locate in Faisalabad because Faisalabad city is not shown in city list.... kindly fix this bug . Thanx

Very poor experience with the OPTP app, delivery showed “anytime now” for ~40 minutes with no rider tracking or updates. Over an hour since ordering and still no delivery despite the restaurant saying the rider had left.

Slightly glitchy app, but the one star is for the fraudulent charging of 16% GST on online/banking transactions when specifically mandated by the government to charge 5% GST on online/banking transactions. This is also true for pickup and eating at OPTP. OPTP is pocketing the extra 9% tax on all online/banking transactions. Peak corporate fraud!
