Piece of poo that doesn't function with the optus nbn modem (Sercomm) Now you've killed the app and made some functionality via optus@home app..... what an absolutely brilliant idea..... but the home phobe nbn is in my wifes name and my mobile is in mine and I therefore can't interact with the modem from my mobile phone!!!

Such a shame that you have moved it to my optic app, the control over my optus modem is gone. I can't restart or check the devices' connection anymore. Not happy at all.

Very disappointed that you have moved Optus @home to My Optus app, it was user-friendly to have some control over the router, instead of manually logging into the router using a computer. You can no longer see who is connected or no longer able to restart the router by using the app. Optus you have gone backwards, please correct this, thank you, Colleen 👎
