Issue: When navigating from the Gold Home page to the Home Wireless Account page, there is no visible option or navigation control to return to Gold Home. Expected behavior: The user should be able to navigate back to Gold Home using a back button, breadcrumb, or other clear navigation option. Actual behavior: Once the Home Wireless Account page is opened, the user is effectively stuck there with no direct way to return to Gold Home.

Bad experience using this network and app. All this business about units is confusing. Doesn't make sense. Units? What units, data, minutes, SMS? I couldn't tell how much is remaining of what. Bank card from UK didn't work for top-up had to go to a branch. They block VPN, WhatsApp. Very hard to stay in touch while using this network. Avoid. This morning my minutes run out but kept giving a message in Arabic without any English option had to get another phone to translate on loudspeaker!

Your latest update Max it from August & September doesn't let me Renew my internet subscription for Home Wireless packages & also Go, when I go to "Manage" category & I choose to Early Renew, the Loading logo appears for a second then disappears then nothing happens! These features used to work very well before your Max it updates, please fix this or Bring us back the older versions & Don't enforce us to call customer service just to activate features that always worked well in the near past.

The app is useless. You can't renew your package, and credit balance details and package info are intentionally hidden. The app only approves recharging your balance, but it rejects bundle renewal so that you're forced to consume your balance outside the package. WORST APP!
