★★☆☆☆ I purchased the orange holiday zen 8gb. I didn't have any data in London, so I reached out to support who never got back to me about that question (it's now 5 days later). This worked fine in Paris. I just landed in Switzerland at midnight and guess what, it's not working! I'm using Airalo's data only plan, and it's working great in Switzerland so far and was honestly a lifesaver. Orange had a support line, but it's in French and doesn't seem to have support for English as far as we can tell.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible customer service. My husband's phone is PUK locked in Italy, and they keep directing him to a welcome package that is not accessible on a locked phone. The phone may need to be wiped, and they refuse to provide the PUK code. Will never use them again. UPDATED: things are even worse. We had to pay for roaming to access the email to find out that the PUK they provided is not valid. Orange refuses to provide the working PUK. No service, ruined vacation, phone needs to be wiped.

★★☆☆☆ Contacted customer support over 10 times to help with ESim card refund, and they have not responded at all. It has been a month already. Avoid them at all costs if you can.
