The app interface is great 👍. Easy to use, for both booking in studio workouts or outdoor activities. Best thing about OT classes are, they are very well curated with energetic coaches, and also you can set your own pace and keep improving. Just in 3 classes I have experienced the change in myself. Been an OTF member since March 31. Been patiently waiting to be able to sign up on the App and every day I get a different error message. I'm using the same email address. My payment went through and my Halifax Studio claims that they set up my account right. Neither App nor Website works for me. Horrible experience with this app. I will be leaving OTF if this doesn't get fixed shortly.

I haven't been able to book classes through the app in over a month. I keep getting an error. Tech support couldn't fix the issue, and since there's no way to book classes online, I have to call up to the gym every time I want to book a class and its super inconvenient because it takes a lot longer.

Please correct the terrible French Canadian translations (book is not livre in French). Many are completely wrong. A professional translator vs Google Translate would ensure no mistakes are made. Apple app translations are not the same as android??!!!! Please also fix the integration with Google health. Ever since Google changed to health, the sync broke.

Bad design. You have 1-click booking for a class (which is great) but if you click wrong, you cannot cancel without losing your visit. Even if you cancel within minutes from clicking. Deceptive and unfair. Also, they started listing some weird classes like Hyrox and the app doesn't have any way to find out what is that class is about, neither on the booking screen nor in general.
