No one has come anywhere close to what Orbit offers - online wallet with offline NCMC. The NFC fund transfer/balance update feature to physical card is flawless! I have QoL suggestions for the next releases: 1. The transaction history needs to be sorted with the latest transaction on the top. A sort filter helps! 2. The app's theme out of follow the system's...dark mode! 3. Adding a widget would be super convenient. Maybe, it includes just the wallet and NCMC balance upon unhiding a button.

I am not able to update the balance in the card. I am using an S21 fe. It supports NFC. I have added balance in NCMC wallet now when select update balance and tap my card it says Balance update failed. Issuer has declined the transaction. This is frustrating.

Very bad experience 😡😡😤🤬🤬 today...... During traveling from Yeshwantpur to Rajajinagar by metro...... that time I tried so many times but not working this card that time my wallet balance above 300 rs.!🙄🙄 I also talk with help center in the metro station..... they also can't solve the problem......... !!!😮💨😮💨 So, I personally suggest to the all people please don't use the app and along the other features....!! Keep Safe......🙏🙏🙏
