The Director of ICAR-NRCO, and his team developed "OrchidoPedia" Android application which is an offline App that covers 56 Genera and 172 Species of native Orchids of North East Regions. Right now this Application is in English language but further we will include local languages. We will update orchid records & enhance its features and quantity of information about the orchids.

★★★★★ This application really helps you to gain more knowledge of different kind species.

★★★★★ Amazing app by NRCO for study of orchids!

★★☆☆☆ The apps are good, one can learn alot about different orchids... But it is difficult to look for an orchid sp. you want to know about (like the one you have but don't know its name) because in the species page there is a list of species names only, without thumbnails or photo, so you have to check every species there. And also there is limited photo only one for each species. Some photo show only the flowers, how can we say that that is that species without seeing the whole plant
