It's a decent app that works very well. I use it for getting groceries from shoppers delite and the only issue that I've encountered so far is that sometimes the items listed as available in the app aren't available in the actual store. Besides that, the app is good.

The app is fine, but the service is horrible at times, very inconsistent. The riders that deliver the food often times take forever to get your order to you, imagine ordering some food and getting it 5+ hours later. It's a very convenient app but the service is horrible. I've had multiple cases in which I ordered and received my order 3+ hours later, and I'm ordering from franchises within my vicinity. Not recommended.

When Orda JA offers discounts for delivery they raise the price of the original fee so when the code is added you are paying the original price and not getting a discount - this is dishonest - Stop It 90% of the time you order your order is incorrect, you need a better system I would not recommend ordering add-ons like sauces because you are charged for it and it's not delivered in your order and when you complain they say they'll get back to you but don't
