★★★★★ I have had to use this several times for emergency support when I was unable to get to a laptop. Worked much better than I expected.

★★★★★ You have to download both apps They work together, search cross loop in market and download both apps, the right one will show once downloaded the crossloop logo in the phone

★★☆☆☆ No wifi, and doesn't work. Never leaves handshake on phone. Useless

★★☆☆☆ No longer available Now owned by AVG, they have decided to pull it. Their manner of pulling the product was unprofessional, without announcement. Left me unable to work remotely for weeks without warning. AVG will not get and business from me EVER! The desktop PRO version was great, and I had been using the it for business for a number of years. The AVG product is expensive and horrible.
