It's good for easy cross-platform posting (free 3 channels is more than enough for me), but could make assigning auto-posting times simpler

Buffer used to be fantastic, but now I have to post to all my socials manually and individually again since the last update. When I create a post with multiple pictures, go through and add image descriptions to each, and add it to the schedule, I then look back, and ONLY the first image stayed in the post. This is true even if I let buffer post it. This has wasted so much of my time and energy lately, trying to get a post for my business put up this week, and it didn't even end up working.

The latest buffer is double posting the content. It would hang for some time, then whoops! It has posted the content twice on all your channels. This is undermining my work, and developers should sort this. If the queue is not cleared, then no double posting should be done.

Terrible I must say... Good at what they offer but what platform on earth has no functional customer service? Secondly your pricing is twisted, cost of 4 accounts is more than twice the cost of 5 accounts and cost of yearly plans is twice the cost of 1 month x 12.... I tried reaching customer service to know: since I have 3 free accounts, if I buy 1 premium will I still have my 3 free and that 1 or do I lose the 3 free and get only 1 left... Unfortunately customer service just doesn't connect
