A fast, lightweight app for checking gedcom files. Ads are at the bottom of the screen, not intrusive. Suggestion for the developer: I'd like to have both descending and ascending views. For instance, I often check, who are descendants of my great-great-grandfather. I'd like to open him as the person of focus, and see all his descendants.

Easily the best app not tied to any other service. I really like this app. Very intuitive and quite snappy. I especially like the fact that it supports gedcom files. I've used this app to rebuild my entire tree (only 167 individuals) so that I could upload my record to Gramps on my laptop. This app worked perfectly well during family interviews over the holiday weekend allowing me to quickly enter family info. Now I can easily upload it to my computer for refining.

Does not load ged files correctly whether it is type Anselm, andi, unicode or utf8. The birth and death dates are incorrect.

I tried the app, and it was complicated, and I wasn't itself to see the information I was typing. I couldn't see any of the tree itself. I uninstalled it

Well I can't log in to my ape app account. Which sucks. That's the only gripe I have so far, but it's a big issue. The only reason why I signed up for the ape app.

When you know a date to enter you should not be forced to use a drop calendar that begins with today's date. I refuse to page 10s or 100's of times to select a date. Sorry.
