Straightforward way to track daily diversity of healthy food. I love that it's science-based and focused on what is good to eat instead of being restrictive about what I "can't eat". There are also lists and links to information about some of the choices in each category along with why they are good for you. Click on the little food icon at the left of each entry to see these.

I have been using the app for 1.5 years. Easy, simple, and a great easy to make sure you're eating a balanced diet. Also helps with decisions when you're hungry and brain fog hits when trying to decide what to eat.

Love this app! I follow a Whole Food Plant Based Diet & have read Dr. Michael Greer's Books - How Not to Die & How Not to Diet. This app helps you daily to get as many nutrients as you can following the Daily Dozen guidelines.

I like the premise, but the app wouldn't let me check one serving at a time. It checked all 3 boxes as if I ate 3 servings of beans at once. The same for other multiple serving foods. I uninstalled the app.

Like another user from 2019 I've discovered that ticking off your pre breakfast water ticks off all the boxes for the day. So unfortunately, completely unusable. I emailed the support email given here but if the issue dates from 2019 I'm not holding my breath.
