This app is so simple and easy to use. One of the clean torrent download apps I found in the play store. Download speeds are also good. I have not found any issues since I started using this app.

Only tracker is for crash reporting. Billy BT doesn't have any trackers, but seems to lack the ability to create torrents. Torrent Client on Droid is my preferred overall client, but this is my pick on the play store.
★★★★★Łukasz Klimkiewicz· Jul 23, 2026
LibreTorrent is fast, lightweight, and incredibly reliable. The interface is clean, downloads run smoothly, and the app gives full control over every detail. No ads, no nonsense — just a powerful open‑source torrent client that works perfectly. A well‑deserved 5 stars.

I wanted to like it. I've been using flud but the ads on flud are super annoying. I compared them side by side and flud is five times faster.
★☆☆☆☆Syfur Rahman· Mar 29, 2026
Doesn’t seem to work or connect to any seeds. Loaded a magnet url from a torrent and the metadata was fetched alright. Then no downloading for a long time. I spin up the same torrent in BitTorrent, and it starts downloading within seconds after the data was fetched.
★☆☆☆☆Phoenix Biru· Mar 24, 2026
Speed was 0kbs while another app got speed around 8kbs - 3mbs (the same file). Why bother make an app which is not working. Uninstalled.
★☆☆☆☆Артём Горбацевич· Jun 16, 2026
App doesn't have actual manifest file with correct permission checks. Therefore, I was not able to use this app to download anything since it has no permission to write. Moreover, I have no option to grant such permission
★☆☆☆☆Messy Lyra· May 20, 2026
Broken interface on the latest version, the add torrent, torrents, rss and settings options which are usually on the bottom of the UI are now on the side where the side/hamburger menu with no way to alter or change it.
★☆☆☆☆Wasif Ahsan· Apr 30, 2026
Please make "Wi-Fi only download" the DEFAULT. THE DEFAULT. I lost all my mobile data because I downloaded the app again after long time and forgot this thing existed.
