★★★★★ I really like this app, it can play audiobooks while locked, though sometimes it will abruptly close the audiobook and I won't know why. I like that I can access books from multiple sources. One feature I would really like is the ability to put books I want to read into the My Books tab. I am not ready to reserve them yet, but I want to be able to remember to get them once I have time. Thanks!

★★★★★ I've been using this to read short ebooks and my experience so far has been good. It's quick to download the book and pick back up from where you left off. It's very convenient for reading on the go. I'm not sure if I just haven't figured out the search functions out yet, but I hope it gets expanded upon to make search results more refined.

★★★★★ Amazing App. I see some people are angry because ebooks are on hold, and they think that ebooks should have unlimited quantities. That is not an issue caused by the app that is a problem caused by the book publishers.

★★★★★ I'm not sure why this app is getting bad reviews. It's a great online resource for ebooks and audiobooks. It always saves from where I left off and saves my library card, so I don't have to sign in every time I want to borrow a book. I'm also pretty sure that the books are available offline once you've checked one out.

★★☆☆☆ Audiobooks stop themselves and don't save where you were, putting you back at the beginning!! Totally useless.

★★☆☆☆ Very glitchy, terrible UI, limited features, not conducive to browsing, like I can't just search for latest fiction or to filter out books that aren't even available. I get return notifications for books that I already borrowed/returned via Libby. The one audiobook that I successfully took out then didn't even play. I have yet to have a positive experience with this app. Prefer Libby and Hoopla. If this app got some updates and better navigating and playback features I'm sure it would be usable.

★★☆☆☆ Our tax dollars are paying for this app. Unless you are NOT charging our libraries for your service, do better, Place Project! No way to search nor select a series, no info on which book in a series one is looking at, no way to sort by release date, no way to have multiple library cards, as you can only access your already borrowed content if you entirely delete other cards. Not even the most basic UX. They skimped on designers who understand usability and went straight into development.

★★☆☆☆ By far the worst library book app in my library's rotation. Takes twice as long to load in compared to apps like Libby, crashes often, and audiobooks simply stop playing if my phone screen isn't on and on the app. 2 stars due to the pretty decent selection, but app needs an overhaul
