Most secure messaging app ever. Only downside is governments will start scanning your phone and therefore, E2E encrypted messenger apps will be useless. RIP privacy, it was nice knowing you.

I have been using this app for a long time, and it is really wonderful!!! I never had any problems sending, receiving or anyone being able to snoop on any of my messages. My messages are always clean, but I really like the protection that the app provides. Signal, you have done well!!! 🤩💯

I can't even attempt to create an account as it can't send anything via SMS to my phone number. And the troubleshooting page doesn't reliability solve it.

Very poor instructions on how to sign up for an account. Somebody at Signal needs to review and simplify the procedure with a clear set of step-by-step instructions and not rely on a few icons. I finally did sign up, but only with coaching by someone else already on Signal. It should not be that difficult. Signing up for WhatsApp, Telegram, and Zangi was never as difficult as with Signal.

Latest update once again not sending/receiving notifications/alerts. I'm only getting notified when I open or reopen the app, sometimes long after the reply I'm expecting was sent. Making the whole point of notifications useless Again EDIT: Happening yet again! Stopped receiving notifications after update today, despite not changing anything else. It also doesn't check when I turn on/reboot. Again. I went through all troubleshooting steps and still it's not alerting me to ANYTHING
