I would like to use the URL I received on my walk-up order to add my purchase to my rewards account. Currently, the app doesn't allow me to add my walk-up order to get any rewards.

Went to the location off of old road in Valencia by six flags. Tried to order a burger and was discriminated against by the employee at the window. He refused to charge my card for my order. I feel it's because of my race and sex. Called the manager, and she was just as rude as the guy laughing like haha. I had to leave a message to their corporate office. Do not recommend this location

If you DL the app you are supposed to get a double chili cheeseburger, and it has to be used within 24 hours.... the free coupon does not load, and they tell you at the store that it may take some time, and yet I only have 24 hours to use it... they clearly have no beta test this app very well cuz if you try and put your birthday in you have to go back month by month over many years to get you your year of birth which is lame And they don't need the year anyway.

Try ordering a Sausage and eqq sandwich with chili, cheese and mustard in the app, and you'll see that the options given don't work for such a "crazy" order. Too bad... I have been looking forward to Tommy's getting an app.
