Complete and utter rubbish unless you're a bean counter. If I wasn't made to use it I'd avoid it like a covid lollipop. It's about as pleasant as a fart in an elevator. End users are left angry and frustrated which leads to less engagement than one would do via the standard app. I'm shocked third parties like Facebook and Twitter etc. allow their platforms to be adulterated by these companies lack of understanding of end users Someone somewhere must be getting a decent bung to use this tripe.
