OrPlum HRM

OrPlum HRM is the attendance app for teams that use ORPLUM HRM. Employees check in and out in seconds, HR sees who is on site, and shift, overtime and payroll records are kept accurate without paper or badge readers.

This app is for staff of organisations that subscribe to ORPLUM HRM. Your HR team gives you a company code, a login and a PIN; there is no public sign-up.

FOR EMPLOYEES
• Check in and out from your own phone, with the method your employer has chosen: face recognition, a PIN or a plain tap
• Site check: when your employer requires it, a check-in is confirmed against the work site using location, the office network or the kiosk beacon - only at the moment you tap
• See your recent punches, today's status and shift reminders
• Ask HR a question, attach a photo or send a voice note, and get the reply as a notification
• Works offline: punches are saved on the phone and sent when you are back online

FOR SHARED KIOSK TABLETS
• Turn any Android tablet into a wall-mounted attendance kiosk: staff step up, are recognised and are checked in with no touch
• Runs in a locked kiosk mode, restarts after a power cut and reports its camera and battery health to HR
• Templates are synced to the tablet so recognition works even when the connection drops

FOR HR
• Approve face enrolments, reset PINs, link or unlink phones and manage kiosk tablets from the ORPLUM HRM website
• Punches carry the evidence HR chooses to keep: method, device, site check result and, if enabled, a photo
• Every change is audited

PRIVACY
Face recognition runs on the device; no images are sent to any AI provider. Face templates are stored encrypted in your employer's isolated account and can be deleted by HR at any time. Location is read only when you tap check-in, never in the background. Full details: https://www.orplum.com/privacy/app/
