ORTO: License Plate VIN Lookup

★★★★★ This is the greatest app for checking Vin and license plates and works very well

★★★★★ (I have to admit I love this app its very helpful, but the reason its 4 stars and not 5 is it won't give you the basic information without paying for it. I mean if you put a licenses plate number into google it brings up owners name and address, I just think you'd do alot better if ur app shows basic info to cause as long as u can google it there's no need to go elsewhere. I really like the fact that you show all history of the vehicles, over all wow.) Update ihave now uninstalled it suck snow

★★☆☆☆ Does not give it any results for a number of vehicle plates. I tested out six different vehicle plates from different vehicles and drivers, and it didn't work once. The app is bunk and a waste of your time so no point in downloading. I'm sorry to hear you made it as good as you can with your spare time But fact is I attempted six different vehicles license plate lookups and everyone did not come back. Not sure what the issue is, but there is one.

★★☆☆☆ I have used this app for the past two years for my job. I had an active subscription, but it would tell me to upgrade and subscribe. Their server has glitches and bugs as well. I canceled my subscription after the 2nd time, and it asked me to subscribe. I am very disappointed in this app as it was a great tool for my job.
