Good info to have The heat index is good to have, although it is unclear at what location or how close the measurments are taken. The heat injury symptom info is very good and is reason enough to have to app, IMO.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Can NEVER "find location information" in ANY area. GPS and Location works fine on all other apps except this one. What good is it if I have to look up the temperature and humidity, and then plug in those figures to get a heat index? The source that gives me those figures gives the heat index as well. Fix the location problem and the app would be great.

Is this a joke? C'mon OSHA Give us something truly useful! When we have to enter the temp and humidity so you can tell us its hot and need to drink water. Even if it was accurate it still just recommends to drink water. Really! As a supervisor working in the California deserts im offended.
