I applied for Ostaz and I followed all the steps required to become a tutor. I added a video and had an interview. I did not receive any email or reply weeks after the interview. I tried to follow up, but they did not reply. The app crashed after latest update. I only see a white blank page when I log in. I cannot see my profile. I suggest that they should work a lot on app performance and provide support to tutors who are bringing their skills and enriched background to work on the platform.

I can't create an account, when the questions arrive to what is your school name they tell me "fail to load, please retry" I uninstalled the app and redownloaded it and it didn't work and i tryed several times.

I joined Ostaz as a math teacher, filled my profile and submitted my information, but all is blank (white pages) now when I open the app, the fields that I filled do not exist anymore, the fields disappeared not just the information, I think the app is damaged or something. Plus, my app subscription is working now through my bank account and I cannot benefit from it. Contacted the sinkers and ostaz team via email and WhatsApp but no one replied.
